They claim to provide free parking, which is good in the middle of the city.

All parking lots were already in use (they have a few only). Even more, neighbours complain about the hotel guests as these regularly block their cars. Hotel staff seems to ignore the problem. A better solution would be to support communication between hotel guests and neighbours or to allow only small cars to be parked. But that is all in the hands of the hotel.

Even if I made ​​a reservation for parking Parking was a nightmare. In a very small yard in the neighborhood park guests of the hotel residents and employees of institutions nearby. How can they make cars each in the most bizarre ways. In my case I can go to three cars had to leave the parking.

This Hotel is real value , a pearl. It is in the centar of the centar of the city, 1 min from the oldtown. Maybe his furniture is from '90 ,but it is clean ,and pesonal is more than friendly. Breakfast is pure, but for 5-6 euro you can have good breakfast in local restorants.

Aircondition is not working properly, and tv chanel list is very basic, tv is a basic tube 14'

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is in the center of the city of Zagreb. Public transportation is available because the tram station is only couple minutes away and public transportation in Zagreb is awesome. The staff at the front desk was really nice. They recommended the cheaper taxi service and made a call for us. They were really welcoming and nice. The price was fine too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going through Zagreb and is looking for a fine place with great staff to sleep - over and be close to all major Zagreb happenings since hotel is in the center.

The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff stands out with their friendliness and assistance, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Without air conditioning, the room became uncomfortable, particularly with street noise disrupting sleep. The overall decor feels somewhat outdated, which may not appeal to everyone.

Nothing more than just a hotel for staying over night for transit or one day trip,location is the only upside of this hotel, then are under renovation,wish some improvement

Excellent location. Close to tram stop. Polite and efficient staff. Nice atmosphere. Wireless internet worked well (and the extra charge was quite modest).

The breakfast was a bit too basic. Also, note that the "Zagreb card" discount does not apply if you have booked over the internet.

Our time here was delightful, especially enjoying the spacious room and the good breakfast selection each morning. The pool and the cozy lobby were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. The only small downside was that the baggage storage could feel a bit limited, but it didn’t really bother us much. 😊

Truly enjoyed our bright and exceptionally comfortable rooms.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a walking distance from Cathedral of Zagreb. The breakfast was fresh with cheese, basic quality of hams, dishes to choose from and served by the absolutely perfect staff...
